Born in northwest Ohio, Tuledo, Lewis grew up with her parents Dale Lewis and Carol Lewis. Though she was born in Ohio, she was raised in Woodlands, Texas because her parents hail from Woodlands, Texas. In 2003, she graduated from Woodlands High School.
