Shania Twain Husband – Son and Family
Shania Twain married Frederic Thiebaud in 2011. Shania married Frederic just after her divorce with husband Robert John Mutt Lange.
Shania’s breakthrough album, ‘Come On Over’, dropped in 1997, was a joint product with her ex-husband, Robert ‘Mutt’ Lange, a music producer. She and Robert first met in June 1993 and in December of that year, they got married.
The couple created and produced many songs together in the years to come. While living in a luxurious estate in Switzerland, Shania gave birth to her only child, a son named Eja D’Angelo Langer in 2001.
However, in 2008, Shania and Robert separated after discovering that he was having an affair with their assistant, Marie-Ann Thiebaud. Their divorce was finalized after two years.
The tragedy struck Shania hard! Not only was her marriage ended, but she also suffered dysphonia, a condition in which the vocal muscle tightened which made it difficult for her to sing.
However, the only person who could understand what she was going was Marie-Anne’s ex-husband, Frederic Thiebaud. Shania and Frederic Thiebaud grew closer and the two got married on New Year of 2011.
Eilleen Regina Edwards, who later changed her name to Shania Twain, was born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Belonging to Canadian nationality, she holds mixed ancestry of English, French-Canadian, Irish and Northern Irish.

For her autobiography, the famously private singer opened up about growing up poor in an abusive household, her ex-husband’s famous extra-marital affair, and her finding love again.
Raised in poverty by her mother in a remote mining town after her parents’ divorce when she was two, young Shania learned how to trap, hunt and strum a guitar.
Her mother second marriage to a guy named Jerry Twain brought years of physical and verbal abuse.
Jerry legally adopted her and the other three sisters. Throughout her improvised childhood, she witnessed him abusing her & her mother consistently, including one horrifying incident of Jerry plunging her mum’s head into the toilet.
Due to their financial struggles, Shania and her sisters repeatedly went to school empty stomach and in 1987, her challenges doubled when her parents demised in a car accident, leaving three younger siblings on her hand.
As a teenager, at times she could buy only one meal a day and used to wear homemade attires stitches by her grandmother as she performed gigs to support her family.
