Accused married couple appeared in court after the murder charge of famous homeless man

A married couple Marce Finnie, 44, and Sarah Finnie, 36, appeared at the Grimsby Magistrates’ Court after the murder charge of a homeless man. The victim was killed outside Halifax in Grimsby, he was attacked in the town center bank area during broad daylight.

The couple was surrounded by security guards as they entered the court in Grimsby. They are charged with murdering 45-years old Anthony Peter Richardson who died after a severe head injury on 15 January.

One of the eyewitnesses later said, ”It is disgusting what has happened. He was a genuine bloke. We all knew him as Tosh. It all happened that quick. I nipped outside for a fag and saw him there in a sleeping bag. I went back into the bar and 10 minutes later there were all these people around him and an ambulance and the police were there quickly.”

The person also added that Richardson was a very harmless man. “He never asked people for money. He just drinks. He was harmless.”  Anthony Peter Richardson has a brother named William who is currently living in Singapore.

The next hearing of the court is set on Tuesday in the Hull Crown Court. It is said that both of the charged culprits have only spoken to confirm their age and address. The court has not allowed any pleas or bail applications for this case.
