Lesley Visser is a sportscaster and writer for CBS Sports and CBSSports.com. She was formerly a writer at The Boston Globe, covering the wide range of sports events including NBA, Major League baseball and tennis.

Lesley first breakthrough gig came as a sportswriter for The Boston Globe, which she earned in a grant from Carnegie foundation. In this position, she reported the diverse array of games including college basketball, Major League Baseball, college football, tennis, golf, horse racing and NBA League to the network for 14 years. During this time, she made the history for becoming the first female ever to cover New England Patriots.
