On Tuesday Kim Kardashian proudly announced on her Twitter account, “She’s here! We’re so in love”. North, 4, and Saint, 2 are also thrilled to have their baby sister born as per Kim.
The other note on Twitter was her baby was born via a surrogate at 12:47 a.m. on Monday. She added the baby weighed 7 pounds and 6 ounces. However, Kim did not name her baby nor stated where she was born.
“Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl. We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care.”
Kim Kardashian on her show “Keeping up with Kardashian “revealed that her doctor previously advised her not to go through pregnancy for the third time. So, in this case, the couple decided to hire a surrogate for her third child.
“I’ve come to the conclusion that I can’t carry another one, so now I want to explore surrogacy”, Kim explained to Kris Jenner on her show.
She suffered from placenta accreta, this makes childbirth very painful and difficult. The placenta is attached to the uterine wall so going through this condition can be life-threatening.
According to The Sun, three days later the couple decided to name their newly born daughter Chicago. The name is to tribute Kanye West’s mother Donda with whom he spent his childhood in Chicago.
The couple, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, had their first baby North on 15 June 2017. Then Kardashian gave birth to their second child, a son, on 5 December 2015 and named him Saint.
