Making TV debut as a host, Paige replaced Alex McLeod on TLC series “Trading Spaces” in 2001. Later the network terminated her in 2005 from the show where the other media speculated that her drop off was prompted by her tempting cover for “TV Guide”. At the same time, her faux striptease at charity program “Broadway Bares/Equity Fights AIDS” also was concluded for her cancellation.
Following, she signed a multi-year contract with King World Production/CBS for a new program with Nate Berkus, an interior designer though nothing broadcasted. In November 2007, TLC stated the reprise of Paige on “Trading Spaces” as an anchor from January 2008.
