Many pregnant women drink a small amount of alcohol to keep them away from cold. It may be good for you but not for your baby. Even little quantity will have a negative impact on your unborn baby. Drinking alcohol during pregnancy increases the risk of stillbirth and miscarriage, if not your baby's brain will be underdeveloped. Pregnant women are advised to stay away from alcohol or any product that has alcohol in it.
The other bad effect that alcohol brings to your baby is fetal alcohol syndrome. If your baby bum is affected by this syndrome it will lead to heart defects, mental retardation, and facial deformities. So the less you consume the more it will be beneficial to you.
Fruits and vegetables
Fruits and veggies are packed with high amount goodness however they are also highly contaminated with several bacteria. Eating fruits and vegetables are the best to eat but be sure that they are washed very carefully. As they are touched by several individuals the germs may attack the products so that can harm the baby.
While having any vegetables the pregnant women must be concerned if they are well cooked. Half cooked vegetables especially leafy vegetables are surely unhealthy that may cause stomach infections. The other thing is those fruits and veggies are stores in the fridge while those types of food are also to be avoided by pregnant women.
Liver is rich in vitamin A which is very much essential for the embryonic growth of the baby. The other goodness about eating liver is it helps the tore and bloated tissues to repair in quick speed. The similar amount of vitamin A can be obtained by eating eggs, milk, fruits, and vegetables. The pregnant women even take many pills rich in vitamin A.
