Charming Valerie Bertinelli born on April 23, 1960 is an American actress. She’s probably best recognized as Barbara Cooper Royer in “One day at a Time”, a popular television drama of back then. Besides, she’s also widely acknowledged for her leading role Gloria on “Touched by an Angel” and as Melanie Moretti on “Cleveland”. Native from Wilmington, Delaware she was born to a middle-level family. Her mother Nancy, a home maker and her dad, Luke Bertinelli was a General Motors executive.
