Raven-Symone is a talented American beauty. By profession, she is an actress who is also a comedian, singer, dancer, model and television personality. Raven, who began her career at the age of 3, has spent more than past two decades in the entertainment industry. Widely known to the public by stage name Raven-Symone, she was named as Raven-Symone Christina Pearman at the time of her birth. She was born on 10th December, 1985 in Atlanta City of Georgia State.

Raven was born as one of two children of Christopher Pearman and Lydia. Rumors regarding Raven being bisexual had been circulating in the media and social websites in past years but she addressed the issue in 2012 stating on her Twitter that she would like to keep her sexuality private. In 2013, by expressing how happy she was on the legalization of same-sex marriage, she hinted on her own same-sex relationship. Finally, on Oprah Winfrey’s show, she confirmed her relationship with AzMarie Livingston. AzMarie is also model and actress of America with who Raven has been dating since 2011. Prior to AzMarie, Raven had dated few guys such as Jonathan McDaniel and Jussie Smollett.

As a child, Raven was sent to the Park School. For her high schooling, she was educated at the North Springs Chartered School of Arts and Sciences, upon graduating from where she joined the Academy of Arts University. Raven was involved in modeling sector since an early age. During her infancy, she worked as a print model for the Atlanta’s Young Faces Inc. Modeling Agency. When she was of 2, she signed with the Ford Models and appeared on commercials for various brands like Ritz Crackers, Fisher-Price, Jell-O and Cool Whip. By the time she was of 3, she auditioned for a role in the movie Ghost Dad. She could not get the role because she was too young but Bill Cosby, the actor of the movie so much impressed by Raven’s performance that he offered her a role of Olivia Kendall in his own show, The Cosby Show. Since then she has appeared on more than 40 television series and movies. She has performed in numbers of television series out of which she is best known for her roles in series such as Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper and popular Disney series That’s So Raven. Similarly, she has also starred in various movies out of which Dr. Dolittle, Dr. Dolittle 2, The Cheetah Girls, Cheetah Girls 2, College Road Trip, Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century, Revenge of the Bridesmaids and For One Night have helped her in earning huge fame and success. She has also made significant contribution as a voice actress. Characters such as Iridessa from the Tinker Bell series and Monique from Kim Possible were voiced by Raven. Besides acting, Raven is also well received for her singing career. She released her first studio album Here’s to New Dreams in 1993. Undeniable, This Is My Time and Raven-Symone are the other albums released by Raven out of which This Is My Time is the bestselling one. She has also released several singles and has recorded tracks for That’s So Raven and The Cheetah Girls.
