Paula Faris is an American television correspondent for ABC News. Until January 22, 2013, Paula Faris co-anchored the news programs World News Now and America This Morning on ABC with Rob Nelson.

Family and Personal Life

Paula Faris was born on 26 October 1975 in Jackson, Michigan, United States to father Edward and mother, Carol. She completed her schooling from Jackson Baptist High School when she was 18.  Later, she attended Cedarville University and graduated in 1997, achieving a degree in broadcasting with an emphasis in television production.

She and her husband, John Krueger were college sweet hearts. Later, the couple got married in 2000. At the age of 32, she became the mother of a first child named Caroline Grace and after 2 years, second child J.J was born. In January 2014, the couple became the parents of their third child named Landon.

 

Body Measurements and Lifestyle

Faris is the beautiful, graceful and hard working person in the journalism industry. She has typical hourglass body measurements 36-24-36 followed by the standard height of 5 feet 4 inches.

Any kind of dress stunningly suits her body and personality. She is very hard working and determined to achieve the goal. she regularly does an exercise to keep her figure in proper shape.

Professional Career

Faris started her career in journalism right after her graduation in various companies in operation position including Mills/James Production in Columbus, Ohio. She also involved in radio due to a shortage of opportunities in TV. Fortunately, she got a job as a production assistant and later to report ads anchor at WKEF/WRGT. She then moved to WCPO-TV in Cincinnati and served as a weekend sports presenter and weekday’s sports presenter since 2002-2005.

After the end of the contract, she then signed in as sports reporter and presenter for WMAQ-TV, affiliated to NBC and worked from 2005-2011. Later, on 2 January 2012, she moved to ABC and first appeared in the programs World News Now and America This Morning.

She often used to run the show Good Morning America for the network. Later, Faris was promoted ABC New York-based correspondent reporting for all ABC News programs. She also substituted David Muir on ABC World News and left World News Now and America This Morning on 22 January 2013.

Faris was named as a co-host of Good Morning America and The View in 2014 and 2015 respectively. And also on 3 August 2016, the network renewed Faris’s contract for the twentieth season of the show The View. She has also been nominated for Daytime Emmy Award in 2016 and 2017 for the category of “Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Host”.
