Lzzy Hale was born on 10th of October 1983 in Red Lion, Pennsylvania, USA as Elizabeth Hale. She is older sister of Arejay. Both Lzzy and her brother Arejay began taking piano lessons at age of five. Later Arejay progressed to the drums and she to a keytar. By age sixteen, she started taking guitar class. On 21st of July 2012, Lzzy appeared on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon along with her band, playing “Familiar Taste of Poison”. Two years later, she played the band song “Break in” on the Carnival of Madness tour. On the Alter Bridge Fortress tour, Lzzy played “Watch Over You” along with Myles Kennedy. She gave her voice to new version of the Shinedown track “Shed Some Light”. She was featured on cover song of Device titled “Close My Eyes Forever” along with David Draiman. In 2014, Lzzy featured in violinist Lindsey Stirling’s album’s title track, “Shatter Me”. That same year, she performed at the CMA Music Festival and the CMT Music Awards.
