Gloria Borger was born on September 22, 1952, in New Rochelle, New York, United States. She was born in the American family and holds an American nationality. She completed her high school degree from the ‘New Rochelle High School’. Later, she enrolled at Colgate University and honored with graduation degree in 1974.

Gloria Borger married, Public relation executive, Lance Morgan. The couple was married on 1982 and has a son named Evan Morgan. On October 17, 2015, Evan married to Mary Anne Huntsman, Politician Jon Huntsman Jr’s daughter.

In 2016, there were rumors regarding Borger and Morgan’s divorce. However, no official statement has been released yet. It seems they were just flying rumors

In the early days of her career, Gloria Borger worked for Newsweek as a chief congressional correspondent. At the same time, she was also national political correspondent For CBS News. She served in several CBS programs including Face The Nation and 60 Minutes II. In 2007, she linked with CNN network. While working For CNN, she covered 2008 campaign trail.

Additionally, she had covered several major issues including the 2013 government shut down, the hunt for Osama Bin Laden, the start of the 2016 presidential election and few more. Along with that, Borger worked as a co-anchor of the CNBC’s show named Capital Report. In 1979, she was highly praised for covering ‘Three Mile Island event’ for Newsweek. She also writes a column for CNN.

For her 2010 Piece ‘The Odd Couple’ where she profiled attorneys David Boies and Ted Olson, she was nominated for Emmy Awards. Borger alongside her team honored with Primetime Emmy Awards for outstanding Live Coverage for CNN’s 2012 US election night coverage. For 2008 Presidential primary campaigns and debates coverage, she received Peabody Awards along with her team. Furthermore, she was honored with National Headliners Awards.
