Foxes took birth as Louisa Rose Allen on 29th of April 1989 in Southampton, Hampshire. She was raised in Swaythling as well as St Denys areas. For her primary education, she went to St Denys Primary School. She then attended a secondary comprehensive school, Cantell School in the Flower Estate area. For further education, she joined Eastleigh College in Eastleigh Hampshire. She had interest on music since her childhood and by age fourteen, she began penning music. At the 56th Annual Grammy Awards, she had Zedd earned the awards in the category of Best Dance Recording. In 2013, she appeared on Fall Out Boy’s track “Just One Yesterday”. She as well was featured on the Rudimental track “Right Here” and Sub Focus single “Until the End”. In May 2013, she released her single titled “Beauty Queen”, which was followed by the re-release of “Youth” in the US after she signed to RCA Records. In February 2014, she released a single titled “Let Go for Tonight”. The single was a big hit in UK and USA as well. She released her debut album titled “Glorious” in May 2014 after the single titled “Holding onto Heaven”. The album was a big hit and debuted at no. 5 on the UK Albums Chart. The album contains songs such as “Talking to Ghosts”, “Youth”, “Holding Onto Heaven” “White Coats”, “Glorious”, “Echo”, “Count the Saints” and “Shaking Heads”.
