A profound actress, comedian and writer hails from a completely different world i.e. political world. As a little girl, her first unforgettable exposure to Broadway came when her dad Paul took Casey to the New York City to see a making of musical “Cats”. Born to Paul Wilson and Kathleen Wilson on 0ctober 24, 1980, Casey was raised along with her future engineer brother Fletcher Todd Wilson. Native of Virginia, she completed her schooling through T.C. Williams High School and then went to New York University’s Tisch School of Arts to study theater. She further studied at the Stella Adler School of Acting. Her father works as Republican campaigns’ consultant and her mother was the National Women’s Council’s chairman before switching to early childhood education.

Cited as “Ten Comics to Watch in 2008” by Variety Magazine, it seemed like the starting of a significant tenure of Casey in “SNL”. However other’s characters came out more impressive than her. Saddened yet undaunted, Casey ventured into writing and returned to theater with comedy drama “Julie & Julia” as well as action-comedy “Killers”.
