The Cuddling Cats
Cats are fluffy and cute so it is easy to cuddle them. They cuddle for warmth and also as a way of expressing their feelings, especially with their owners.
These two cats decided to take a nap and cuddle for warmth while at it. The photo just melts your heart. If you look at someone’s face while they are asleep, you can tell whether they are having some good or bad dreams.
The same applies for animals. Check out how these two have the most satisfied look on their faces. Great sleep plus warmth from a friend seems to be working.
You can tell that these two friends like each other by the way they cuddle. Animals that are hostile towards one another do not show such affection.
Instead, these two cats look like they went out of their way to nap and cuddle in the same place; a sign of their affection.
The Dog and the Cat
Life has taught us that cats and dogs are not best of friends. Often, they will be hostile towards each other especially in a home setting.
Finding cats and dogs that actually like each other is a rare phenomenon. This cat and dog seem to have a pretty solid friendship.
Notice how the dog is sound asleep despite the fact that the cat is snuggling under his ear. The facial expression on the cat looks like that of pure bliss. In fact, the cat is sort of smiling.
This dog would not have continued with his nap if the cat was not his friend. It is very likely that the cat is probably in search of warmth and found it by cuddling the dog.
He does not look like he is about to leave that warm spot. In fact, he might probably end up falling asleep with the dog’s big ear as his shelter.
Mabel and Her Puppies
Mabel found herself living in her owner’s house and decided to take over these puppies as her own. She looks so comfortable sitting on these puppies, which probably means that she is trying to protect them.
Chicken, after all, do sit on their eggs in order to war them up so they can eventually hatch into chicks. The owner of the chicken and puppies noted that the puppies’ mother is always out in the yard while Mabel looks after the puppies.
They seem to be comfortable with her as they have been captured in this position in the basket a couple of times. The puppies also probably feel secure under Mabel’s warmth.
Dogs and chicken do not have a history of being friends. It seems that Mabel and the puppies might end up becoming good friends after all.
However, that might be farfetched as it is said that Mabel was only spared from the pot because she had a leg injury.
Sniffer and Tinni
Sometimes all animals need is a reliable playmate. If you do not have more than one pet, this can be a challenge to the animal, especially when you re away.
It can also be inhibiting because they are limited by how rough they can get with you without injuring you. Tinni the dog seems to have found a solution to all of his problems.
He disappears into the woods for long period of time and the owner did not know why Tinni had this habit. He only discovered later that Tinni had found a playmate that he could rely on.
Sniffer the fox is Tinni’s unusual playmate. Tinni is domesticated while Sniffer isn’t. They seem to have totally hit it off and spend hours together.
They can get as rough as all animals do but do not inflict injuries on each other. It seems that these two are the best of friends.
Two Lovable Pandas
Pandas are some of the cutest animals on the planet. If we are being honest, you would probably want a Panda for a friend.
They are big and furry, providing for good cuddle buddies especially because they are not as hostile or dangeorus as other big, furry and cuddly wild animals such as bears.
These two pandas are actually a couple living in Vienna. They look content and at peace with each other in this photo. In fact, they had just welcomed their panda babies into the family and seem to be closer than ever before.
It would not be farfetched to say that these pandas are ‘relationship goals.’ One panda is cute enough. Two pandas locked in a cuddle is what is called cuteness overload.
These two friends and lovers look like they could conquer anything that the world throws at them as long as they stick together through it all. They make you believe in love.
Who said that the best BLT has to come in form of a sandwich? This Bear, Lion and Tiger trio will make you believe in brotherhood and love again.
They seem so at ease with each other and like all they need is each other to keep thriving in this cruel world. Actually, these three friends had been imprisoned together for the longest time.
They suffered at the hands of their owner before they were rescued and taken to Noah’s Ark. It is not a wonder then that they chose to stick together even after they had been rescued from the cruelty they had faced.
Unfortunately, Leo the lion died and now Baloo and Shere Khan have been left behind. The bear and the tiger will have to learn to become a dynamic duo now that their beloved friend is no longer with them.
These animals are the perfect example of brotherhood despite differences.
Bonedigger and Milo
Milo is a Dachshund. He decided to take care of Bonedigger the lion when it was discovered that he had a bone disease that left him paralyzed.
The two have since grown closer and closer despite the fact that Bonedigger is now 500 pounds and five years old. Cats and dogs are said to be mortal enemies.
It would therefore make more sense is Bonedigger had asserted his authority since he is a cat and also known as the king of the jungle. However, these two seem like the best of friends which is heartwarming.
Milo has other companions who also spend time with his lion friend but Bonedigger seems to be fonder of Milo than the other two.
This picture of the two makes for strange bedfellows who make you believe in friendship despite some overwhelming differences. They show that you can actually make it work.
Anjana and the Two Tigers
Anjana the chimpanzee cannot have enough of her two tiger cub friends. She feeds them with a bottle, carries them and even lets them lick her from time to time.
She cares for the tiger cubs as though they are her own, well, as far as she is allowed to by the human caregiver. Anjana does not seem to mind taking care of these cubs.
In fact, it seems that she actually enjoys it a lot. Photos of her taking care of the cubs are adorable and show just how much she cares for them.
In this particular photo, she is smiling during some playtime with one cub. Who thought that a chimpanzee could nurture some tiger cubs?
Anjana carries them, plays with them and feeds them among other things. you can only hope that this strong bond will continue even when the cubs grow bigger.
After all this adorableness, it would be sad if Anjana were to lose her friends later.
Bubbles and Bella
You would imagine that an elephant would only be able to relate with other elephants, right? It is the similarities that make it easier for animals to relate to each other after all.
Bubbles does not seem to conform to these standards. One of, if not her best buds, is Bella who is a black Labrador. They are quite an unusual pair but they seem to have grown in friendship.
They spend a lot of time together and even play together. Here, Bella is seen viewing the world from a higher perspective thanks to Bubbles. The Labrador stands comfortably on the elephant.
A picture of Bubbles and Bella is bound to warm many hearts. The tiny domesticated friend and the large wild friend are a dynamic duo. They have surpassed many barriers, including size, to become the best of friends.
They make you want to have one of those friends that you can rely on whether or not you have stark differences.
These two animals make you wonder just how animals actually relate to each other. They do not have a conventional language like humans do.
Some may not even have a sound that they use to communicate. For example, have you ever heard a giraffe make any sounds? Probably not! So how do Bea and Wilma communicate?
Does Bea the giraffe licking Wilma the ostrich mean anything? You probably think that it means they are best friends. After all, dos lick to show affection and/ or playfulness.
So this might be the same for these two. Whatever the case, Bea and Wilma seem close. They spend a lot of time together and probably note some of their similarities, like lengthy limbs.
While ostriches have long legs and a short upper body, giraffes have long legs and a long neck as well. Maybe these brings them closer; who knows?
